We provide Energy Performance Certificates (EPC’s) in Southampton and Hampshire. An EPC is required whenever a property is built, sold or rented.

If you are selling or renting your home you will need a valid EPC for potential buyers and tenants before you market your property. An EPC is valid for 10 years.

We will visit your property at a time that is convenient with you, evenings and weekends too and normally within 48 hours from contacting us and can be sooner if required. The survey takes  approximately 40 minutes to complete for an average sized property.

We will assess your property and produce the certificate straight away. We will then send the certificate by email directly to you, your agent or solicitor, a paper copy can also be provided if required.

If you are buying a property then the person selling the house must provide your solicitor with a valid energy performance certificate. If you are renting then the landlord or the letting agent must show you the EPC.
