We will visit your property at a time that is convenient with you and normally within 48 hours from contacting us and can be sooner if required.
The survey takes approximately 40 minutes to complete for an average sized property.
We will assess your property and produce the certificate straight away. We will then send the certificate by email directly to you, your agent or solicitor. A paper copy can also be provided if required and it will be lodged on the epc register.
